June 2014 Trip

Cambridge used to carry out educational and recreational trip for school pupils to Britain , where many successful trips has been organized since the year 2009.
The trip include 30-hour English Language lessons during the trip which extends for a period of two weeks .
Aim of the trip is to develop the level of English language and to extent the student understanding of the life around him , whether geographically or historically , socially and culturally also aims to develop the adoption of the pupil himself through the housing with students of the same age in the framework of teachers .

Beginning of the trip : Sunday , July 13 , 2014
End of the trip : Monday , July 28 , 2014

Target : 20 students from first grade to 8 ( from the age of 7 to 14 years old)
The trip includes an intensive study of the English language for 3 hours a day , also include a visit all the attractive in the City of London in addition to many Other activities for children and students ( see itinerary ).

Insurance : All uninsured children comprehensive accident insurance and

medical insurance .

Supervision :Two teachers will accompanying r the trip from Sudan , in addition to 4 British Teachers join the trip in London.

Registration from Sudan :

Registration from Sudan is available through any of the branches of  Cambridge

International School in Khartoum/Bahry/Omdurman and parents wishing to register their children  they are required to record their names and get all  details before 31/12/2013 .

Fees

- Children age 7-11 years - $ 3750 or SDG 30000

- Children age 12-14 years $ 3900 or SDG 31200

 Fees Include:

- Full Board and Accommodation

- 30 hours of English Language Tuition

- Full Afternoon Activity and Leisure programme

- Full welfare services and staff available 24 hours

- 2 excursions each week

- Return Transfers from London Heathrow

Registration starts on 1st December to 31st December 2013 or until completion of the required number of students.

Full fees must be paid before 20/1/14.

Required from the Guardian :

Required of a guardian who wants to send his child in this trip the following :

1 - Fill out the registration form and the declaration.

2 - payment upon receipt of school notice before 20/1/14

3 - Bring a valid passport for at least 6 months at the school notice

4 - 6 photographs of the child

رحلات تعليمية وترفيهية الى لندن لتلاميذ

رحلة يونيو 2014م

درجت كامبردج بالقيام برحلة تعليمية وترفيهية لتلاميذ المدارس الى بريطانيا حيث قامت بتنظيم رحلات ناجحة بدأت منذ العام 2009م.

 تشمل الرحلة 30 ساعة دروس لغة إنجليزية خلال فترة الرحلة و التى تمتد لمدة إسبوعين

  تهدف الرحلة الى تنمية قدرات االتلميذ فى تعلم اللغة الانجليزية وتوسيع مداركه بالتعايش مع مجتمع غربى وزيارة أماكن تزيد من مدى فهمه للحياة من حوله سواء جغرافيا أو تاريخيا وإجتماعيا وثقافيا  كما تهدف الى تنمية إعتماد التلميذ  على نفسه من خلال السكن مع  تلاميذ من نفس عمره فى إطار مدرسى

 تشمل الرحلة 30 ساعة دروس لغة إنجليزية خلال فترة الرحلة و التى تمتد لمدة إسبوعين

  بداية الرحلة :  الاحد     7 يونيو 2014م

  نهاية الرحلة :  الاثنين   23 يونيو 2014م

  المستهدفون : الاطفال فى الصف الاول  حتى الثامن  - من سن 7 الى 14 سنة

 العدد المستهدف : 25 تلميذ

الرحلة : تشمل الرحلة دراسة مكثفة للغة الانجليزية بواقع 3 ساعات يوميا كما تشمل زيارة جميع المعالم البارزة فى مدينة لندن (مراجعة برنامج الرحلة)

المدرسة : مدرسة UIC فى لندن.

التأمين : جميع الاطفال مؤمن عليهم تأمين شامل ضد الحوادث والتأمين الطبى

المرافقين : إثنين معلمين مرافقين للرحلة من السودان إضافة لاثنين مرافقين بريطانيين ينضمون للرحلة فى لندن

التكلفة

- التلاميذ من سن7 –11 سنة  3750 دولار أمريكى أو 30000 جنيه سودانى

- التلاميذ من سن12 –14 سنة  3900 دولار أمريكى أو 31200 جنيه سودانى

تشمل التكلفة:

- مصروفات دراسة اللغة الانجليزية 30 ساعة

- التذاكر و تأشيرة الدخول

- الاستقبال والاعادة للمطار ( الخرطوم- لندن)

- السكن المدرسى مع الاعاشة 3 وجبات

- الانشطة داخل المدرسة و المواصلات فى حالة الرحلات والانشطة خارج المدرسة

- الرقابة المدرسية من المعلمين المرافقين ومن المدرسة البريطانية  طوال الرحلة

- بدلة السفر وحقيبة السفر ويونيفورم المدرسة.

 يبدأ التقديم فى 1 ديسمبر2013م حتى 31 ديسمبر 2013م أو لحين إستيفاء العدد المطلوب

يجب تسديد كامل الرسوم قبل 20 يناير 2014م

التسجيل  من السودان:

يتم التسجيل فى السودان من خلال أى من فروع مدارس كامبردج العالمية بالخرطوم /أمدرمان / بحرى وعلى أولياء الامور الراغبين عليهم تسجيل أسماءهم وأخذ التفاصيل وذلك قبل 31 ديسمبر 2013م

المطلوب من ولى الامر:

المطلوب من ولى الامر الراغب فى إرسال طفله فى هذه الرحلة الاتى:

1-      تعبئة نموذج التسجيل والاقرار

2-       يجب تسديد كامل الرسوم قبل 31 يناير 2014م

3-       إحضار جواز سفر سارى المفعول 6 شهور على الاقل عند إستلام إشعار المدرسة

4-      عدد 6 صور شمسية للطفل
